Wet weather returns to Kern County on Wednesday

Our latest winter storm brings cooler temperatures, valley showers and thunderstorms and mountain snow down to 3,000 feet. There is a chance for up to an inch along the Tejon and Tehachapi passes Wednesday night and Thursday morning.
