Mum and baby have lucky escape after they fell into puddle

This is the moment a mum and baby had a lucky escape when they fell into a puddle -- that went up to her NECK. She stepped into what looks like a shallow puddle - but was actually a deep pit filled with water, which had been dug as part of roadworks.
