Bobcat Bandit Leads Police on a Low Speed Chase

Occurred on March 4, 2020 / Wilmington, North Carolina, USA
Info from Licensor: "Wilmington Police Dept and NCSHP shut down the highway coming into Wilmington on both sides. I asked the cop what was going on they said someone stole a Bobcat at a construction site down the road and was coming this way! I knew I had to get that on camera. The driver, a young 18-year-old male, was finally apprehended after an hour-long chase through the city. At top speeds of 5 MPH after no longer waiting for the gas to run out an officer pepper-sprayed and subdued the suspect."
