St. Pete leaders oppose state bill to change pedestrian crosswalks

St. Petersburg leaders are concerned about legislation currently making its way through the Florida statehouse. City leaders insist lives could be on the line if legislators pass a bill requiring pedestrian crosswalk signals to flash red instead of yellow.
