Cuyahoga County investigating allegations that new jail warden 'used force' against female inmate

The man hired last summer to run the troubled Cuyahoga County Jail is himself now under investigation for allegations that he used force against a woman at the jail, and that he ordered an on-duty corrections officer to drive him to the airport.
