Info from Licensor: "This was recorded at 8:30 in the morning. Surrey police were called before footage was shot as the car had already hit the barrier, damaging passenger side mirror. We followed the car for 21 miles, trying to stay behind him so no one else came up behind him and was hit, whilst signalling to other drivers to warn them. We tried to get his attention, but he didn’t react. Once he had collided with the lorry, Surrey police were called again to say he had crashed before they had reached him."
