Dog Only Eats If Fed By Owner

Bandit the dog is classy. Even though he can eat off the plate, he refuses unless his owner/butler feeds him by fork.
Clearly his owner didn't feed him fast enough because he gives up and finishes his meal like a normal dog.
Owner better pick up the pace if he's ever wanting a tip.
