Colorado lawmakers considering bill that could allow or prohibit dogs on restaurant patios

HB20-078, which was introduced by Sen. Kerry Donovan spells out certain rules restaurants would have to follow in order to allow dogs in their outdoor patio sections, like requiring the dogs to be on a leash or in a container.
