National Wear Red Day is a massive public awareness day, urging everyone to “go red” in order to bring attention to the leading killers of women – heart disease and stroke. It’s about more than just wearing red and sharing heart-health facts: the American Heart Association wants everyone to make a commitment to take charge of their own heart health. Joining us to share their inspiring and important stories are heart survivors Maria Wait and Charlie Scott. Tomorrow, February 7 is National Wear Red Day! Show your support by sharing your photos on social media and tag @AHAWisconsin and #GoRedMKE. For more inormation, visit Heart.org/Milwaukee.
