Medical examiner data shows resurgence in fatal carfentanil deaths in Cuyahoga County

At first, it was prescription painkillers. Then came heroin and fentanyl to follow. Now, the fourth poison wave hitting Cuyahoga County causing fatal overdose after fatal overdose, is carfentanil.
