Todd Portune worried to the very end that he hadn’t done enough, his brother said Monday at his funeral. He shouldn't have. Portune, who was the longest-serving elected commissioner in Hamilton County history, died on Jan. 25 at 61, leaving behind a legacy of humility and important public service — much of unassuming but essential — in Cincinnati and Hamilton County.
