Beloved founder of Spirit of Boise Balloon Classic passes away

Scott Spencer has been a fixture around and above the Treasure Valley for more than two decades. Every summer for years Boiseans would pause to check out the dozens of hot air balloons that took off from Ann Morrison Park.
