Congress tackles 'deep fakes' ahead of the 2020 elections

People may not be familiar with the term "deep fakes," but they are familiar with them. "Think of the movie "Forest Gump," said Congressman Anthony Gonzalez. "Forest Gump was placed in a historical arena that made it look like he was actually there... that's a deep fake."
