'Pretty Well Done With It': Neighborhood in St John's Still Buried Days After Blizzard
Crews were working to clear out record-breaking snowfall across St John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, on Tuesday, January 21, after a blizzard dumped 30 inches of snow on the coastal Canadian city.
St John’s has been under a state of emergency since Friday as cleanup operations continued. Grocery stores opened temporarily on Tuesday from 10 am to 6 pm, prompting long lines of residents who were told by city officials to purchase enough food for “48 hours.”
This video shows a neighborhood still buried, even after crews efforted snow clean-up.
