A teenager warned he would suffer a heart attack by the age of 25 due to a daily diet of pizza shed a massive 130lbs after cutting down to just ONE HEALTHY MEAL A DAY. Michael Murray Jr., now 20, was shocked when a doctor warned him that he could face a devastating heart attack by the age of 25 if he didn’t lose weight. Thrift store worker Michael went from tipping the scales at 300lbs to a trim 170lbs by eating just dinner and walking three miles a day.
