Driver in deadly hit-and-run crash surrenders, due in court

The search for the woman accused of hitting and killing a teenage girl in North Fort Myers has come to an end. Courtney Gainey has turned herself in to U.S. Marshals. She’ll go before a judge on hit-and-run charges Wednesday morning at the Lee County Courthouse.
