Clark County County Education Association: $1.4 Billion tax initiative is 'final fix' for classroom funding

The Clark County Education Association is trying something it has never tried before: try to pass an initiative to raise more than $1 billion dollars for education in Nevada. The union's executive director says the cash will help address the district's perennial money problems.
