A storm sweeping by today brings the best chance of rain from about 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the valley with continued rain and snow showers in the mountains through this evening. It's only a few hundredths of an inch of valley rain, with half an inch to an inch of snow in the mountains above 5,000 feet.
