20-year-old man Ricardo Ruiz reported missing in East Naples

Ricardo is 5 foot 8 inches tall and 120 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He has tattoos on both arms, hands and chest as well as a tattoo of praying hands on the left side of his neck.
