The Kern County Sheriff's Office has released dramatic bodycam video of sheriff's deputies rescuing two people from a house fire in Bakersfield. The deputies arrived on the scene on December 18th to find the house fully engulfed by flames. Deputies found an elderly woman in a wheelchair holding a dog just outside the residence next to the front door. She "did not appear able to move" the KCSO said in a statement. Deputies helped move her and her dog to safety.
