The family of a young woman beaten to death in her apartment wants her killer punished to the full extent of the law. The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said Aisha Levy, 25, was found dead in her Southside apartment Friday.

“She didn’t realize, I think, that she was inviting a monster into her home,” said the victim’s father, Marlow Levy.

Her family said Levy and her boyfriend took the man suspected of her murder in to help him in his time of need. Her family said that was just the kind of person she was.

Wednesday night, Action News Jax told you a local mom filed an injunction against Fishburne for repeated alleged attacks, but it was dismissed due to lack of evidence.
