A new study shows the National Institutes of Health’s recommended exercise may reduce a person’s risk for cancer. According to United Press International, the findings were published in the Journal of Clinical Oncology. The report said the physical activity reduced the risk for seven different types of cancer by as much as 25 percent. These include colon, breast, endometrial, kidney, liver cancer, myeloma and non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
