This is the moment a bungling bodybuilder drops a 330-lbs weight on his chest while bench pressing and reportedly cracks several ribs.
The incident took place at a gym on Michurinsky Avenue in the western Russian capital Moscow when the unnamed bodybuilder was attempting to bench press a barbell of 150 kilogrammes (330 lbs).
In the CCTV footage, the bodybuilder is seen speaking with his ‘spotter’ as he prepares to lift the barbell.
