Info from Licensor: "The 60009 Union of South Africa was pulling the Santa Express at the East Lancs Railway, when it was pulling away from the station, it would seem that the carriage wasn't coupled up correctly, which resulted in the corridor passage way being ripped from both the train and carriage."
