Seaside Oregon Winter Flooding

Occurred on December 20, 2019 / Seaside, Oregon, USA

Info from Licensor: This is just off of Highway 101 on the Necanicum River. High winds and rain caused the river to rise and overflow the banks. Low lying property like mine and parts of Highway 101 tend to flood in events like this. There was no real property damage done as the house is lifted 2 feet for this reason.
