Info from Licensor: "Kansas City is shut down due to a snowstorm, so I decided to brave the weather and surprise some shelter dogs with some plain cheeseburgers for dinner. We brought snacks and hand warmers for the staff, because we appreciate everything they do for these homeless pets. If any of these dogs catch your eye,."
