Spiros Sarakatsanis knows the food he serves at Dixie Chili is good, but the aging red-and-white facade of his 50-year-old Covington chili parlor could use a little TLC. Thanks to a $3,500 small-business grant from the city, he’ll be able to afford it in 2020.
