This cyclist has been slammed after he was filmed riding with one hand on the handlebar and the other holding a young CHILD - with neither wearing a helmet. The ''reckless'' man nonchalantly cycled down a narrow city centre road lined with parked cars, holding the young child perched on his hip. Towards the end of the video clip, a silver Honda vehicle can be seen pulling out of a parking bay on the other side of the narrow road, just as the man cycles past it.
This video was filmed on December 11th 2019.
