One Oklahoma boy broke down in tears after his last chemo session.
Nine-year-old, Steven Cotter Jr., was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
After three years of chemo, Steven took his last chemo pill this weekend.
"It was raw, real, and emotional. He cried tears of pure happiness!" his mom, Ashley Cotter told FOX 25.
His mother captured the moment Steven took his last pills.
