This is the moment more than 10 uniformed security officers restrain a man who tries to stop his girlfriend from boarding a plane at an airport in a scene right out of romantic comedy 'Love Actually'.

Footage from Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport in Fujian Province in East China shows officers nearly too stunned to react as the boyfriend named as Mr Yang tries to barge his way through a security checkpoint in Terminal 4.

As a few female officers pull at Mr Yang’s clothes to stop him from advancing into the departure lounge, other male security officials arrive and pin him to a wall.
