Highland County family begs for better supervision of foster children

Debbie Miller says her 5-year-old grandson weighed 28 pounds when he was removed from the care of his aunt and uncle six months ago. The uncle now stands charged with endangering children, which Miller says is a good start. She'd prefer the foster care system never put children in that position at all.
