A devoted son built his Christmas-obsessed mother a SLEIGH just two weeks before she passed away.
Jeffrey Michaels, 51, constructed the massive carriage in secret as a surprise for his 80-year-old mother Rita Ruffner.
The former Hollywood set designer sneaked into Rita’s garage to build the 8ft by 4ft structure while she had no idea that he was even in town.
Sadly just a fortnight after Jeffrey unveiled the surprise present, Rita passed away unexpectedly from a heart attack.
