News conference Thursday in double murder case

A Covington man, 54-year-old Charles Eapmon, is charged with fatally shooting Douglas Eapmon and Carolyn Ann Tomlinson in April, 2016, on Merravay Drive. The victims had four children, neighbors told WCPO at the time.
