It is going to be a bitterly cold day today for this time of year with highs only in the single digits above zero. Morning wind chills will be in the -10s/-20s. There is a system that will slowly approach our area late tonight with a few patches of light snow. A few might wake up to some minor accumulation. Lows will be in the evening, then start to rise from the single digits. Snow is on the way for Thursday, and the farther you live to the north, the more snow you'll see. Green Bay and the Fox Cities will only end up with 1-2, maybe 3", while north of HWY 29, 3-5" should fall by the end of the day. Temps will warm to the low-30s. Most of that is out of here on Thursday evening.
