Annual Trooper Newton toy drive benefits Ronald McDonald House

State highway patrol troopers from Kansas and Missouri team up each holiday season for a toy drive to benefit the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Kansas City and area hospitals in honor of MSHP Trooper Michael Newton, who was slain in the line of duty in 2003.
