Cincinnati police investigating shots fired at officer in the West End

“At this point, we don’t know the person who fired the shots if they knew this was a plainclothes officer or not," Cincinnati Police Spokesman Lt. Steve Saunders said at the scene. "It doesn’t really matter. Honestly, if anyone is firing a shot at anyone, it’s wrong.”
