In an interview with FOX News Channel’s Peter Doocy, 2020 Democratic presidential candidate former Vice President Joe Biden responded to whether he would appear as a witness if there is a Senate impeachment trial against President Donald Trump.

"No, I’m not going to let them take their eye off the ball," Biden told FNC's Doocy. "The president is the one who has committed impeachable crimes and I’m not going to let him divert from that and I’m not going to let anybody divert from that and like if you’ve heard me say a lot of times he’s worried about corruption, I’ve released 21 years of my tax returns, let him release some of his."
