Tragic Partygoer Falls From 8th-Floor Window Ledge

This is the moment a drunk partygoer puts both hands in the air as he balances on an eighth-floor window ledge but he loses his balance and is sent plummeting to the ground.
The tragic accident took place in the city of Magnitogorsk in Russia's Chelyabinsk Oblast region and was recorded by an onlooker.
In the video, local resident Alexander Kriukov, 23, can be seen standing on the ledge of a window on the eighth floor of a block of flats.
