Info from Licensor: A customer had a car towed in. They complained about a burning smell and that the engine wouldn't start. The engine was seized up so we removed the oil filter and drain plug. After we removed the oil pan It was obvious this was not normal. It almost looks like ballistic gel but how does this happen? Usually, this condition happens when someone neglects their oil changes but it's normally just out of oil.
