Stony Brook Shines lights up the neighborhood

Thursday marked the beginning of the 12th annual "Stony Brook Shines" in Lancaster. Neighbors decorate and light up their homes every year, this year's event will benefit the "Devin's Message Foundation,” which works to stop bullying.
