Police: Suspect called for help, then attacked officers

A pair of officers investigating a report of domestic violence in the Villages of Roll Hill found themselves at the center of a “six-minute melee” Friday morning, Capt. Paul Broxterman said later that night. When they arrived, the woman who had originally called 911 attacked them. Another suspect joined in, slamming a female officer’s head into a wall and stealing her stun-gun before he was overpowered and arrested.
