Imprint O'Neill had been away for only seven days when he was brought together with his little guy, Patch.

Yet, to Patch, it felt like far, far longer.

In a charming video shared by the Scottish SPCA, Patch jumps into his father's arms when he strolls through the entryway following seven days in length medical clinic visit.

"It's your daddy!" Mark's accomplice, Kerrigan Renniegade says, snickering.

For an entire moment, the Staffordshire Bull Terrier wriggles and squirms with energy as he gives Mark kisses–all while Mark can sit idle yet snicker.

Addressing INSIDE EDITION, Kerrigan stated: "Fix is constantly glad to see anybody when they go to our home however we had never observed him respond this way.

"Stamp and Patch have an extraordinary bond so I realized that taping Mark returning home following seven days in the emergency clinic would be justified, despite all the trouble."

Patch the staffie was rehomed by Kerrigan and Mark from our Lanarkshire focus in May a year ago and has an extremely extraordinary and solid bond with Mark. The couple received Patch last May from the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals focus in Lanarkshire, Scotland. They learned Patch had been a stray who was given over to a police headquarters.

"From that point forward we have begun to look all starry eyed at him," she said. "He has become a genuine individual from the family."

Also, they're not by any means the only ones who've been prevailed upon.

"He has heaps of doggy companions in the nearby park and everybody that has met him adores him," Kerrigan included. "He loathes the downpour yet completely LOVES stomach rubs!"

She said she's thrilled at the reaction to the video "because of the terrible disgrace connected to the breed."

"I just truly need everybody to see that how you love and care for a pooch that will figure out who they develop to be and there are heaps of mutts simply like Patch looking out for their eternity homes!" she said.
