Crews bring in heavy equipment to assist in the recovery efforts at the downtown Cincinnati building collapse

Rescue and recovery crews have flown in heavy equipment to try and break through feet of concrete. The two-hundred foot area is filled with debris. Separate crews are working to clear the debris, and they're moving fast byt also trying to be delicate before the winds move in.
