St. Mary’s Food Bank in Phoenix says they’re still 1,800 turkeys short of their goal for donations for this Thanksgiving. The food bank says that because of increase in volume of families that need assistance, they may have to resort to distributing chicken by Wednesday instead of turkey if that number isn't met.
