Milwaukee gets into the holiday spirit as Holiday Lights Fest starts, tree lit at City Hall

The holidays have arrived in Milwaukee. Santa was spotted downtown this afternoon. He traded in his sleigh for The Hop. There is now a Hoppy Holidays theme streetcar. He was there checking to see who was on his naughty or nice list.
