NBC26 Storm Shield Forecast

Today, a weak disturbance will be passing through with a little light wintry mix in a few spots. Once again, it looks like little to no accumulation out of this, and anything we would see on the roads would be melting anyway as highs bump up into the upper-30s. Tonight should be quiet with lows in the upper-20s. Mostly cloudy skies stick around for our Wednesday with highs in the low-40s. A larger storm system is projected to move through late Wednesday night into Thursday. Light to moderate and steady rainfall looks to be the case most of the day. Rain totals could be as much as three quarters of an inch, and with partially frozen ground, there could be a few runoff problems. Also, check your gutters for this one. Temps will be in the 40s. A sunny day welcomes us Friday but with it comes cooler temperatures in the mid-30s. Partly cloudy skies stick around for the weekend with highs back in the upper-30s to around 40. That's some pretty nice, quiet weather for the hunters.
