Michael Fish's NBC26 weather forecast
Today won't be too bad with plenty of clouds and relatively light winds. Highs will top out in the upper-30s. A weak system will approach the area overnight tonight, possibly bringing a light wintry mix with little to no accumulation. Overnight lows will be in the upper-20s. Tuesday, this weak disturbance will be passing through with a little light wintry mix again in a few spots. Once again, it looks like little to no accumulation out of this, and anything we would see on the roads would be melting anyway as highs bump up into the upper-30s again. Mostly cloudy skies stick around for our Wednesday with highs in the low-40s. A larger storm complex is projected to move through late Wednesdy night into Thursday. Light to moderate and steady rainfall looks to be the case most of the day. Rain totals could be as much as three quarters of an inch, and with partially frozen ground, there could be a few runoff problems. Also, check your gutters for this one. A sunny day welcomes us Friday but with it comes cooler temperatures in the mid-30s. Partly cloudy skies stick around next weekend with highs back in the upper 30s.
