UPDATE: Man accused of killing woman, encasing body in concrete to remain on house arrest

Christopher Prestipino, the man accused of killing a 24-year-old adult entertainment model and encasing her body in a concrete structure found in the desert outside Las Vegas, will remain on house arrest. A judge reaffirmed the ruling on Wednesday. The defense thought the decision had been revoked. A calendar call for the case is scheduled for Nov. 14.
