Search for solutions continues as illegal dumping, homeless camps plague Cliff Drive

Cliff Drive is a state scenic byway in George E. Kessler Park, tucked in the historic northeast part of Kansas City, Missouri. Unfortunately, for nearby residents, it’s also become a popular place for homeless camps and illegal dumping.
