Teen shot after asking neighbor to turn down music on Detroit's west side

Detroit police are on the search for a suspect who allegedly shot a 16-year-old girl during a physical altercation over loud music. The shooting happened in the 9500 block of Vaughn in the early morning hours of Nov. 3.
